Halloween 2008 and diaper cakes

I think that it is an interesting idea to make holiday related diaper cake designs. But Halloween is one of those holidays where cute and scary doesn’t always mix well. But then again, I could be wrong.
I feel like it’s almost like a chalange. Coming up with designs for diaper cakes is not easy, but when you have certain limitations they awake your creativity and the result usually is very interesting and surprising.
Have any of you seen successful Halloween themed diaper cakes?
